I've been on this rewatching Evangelion type kick. I've been watching scattered episodes and watched Death and Rebirth and EoE the other night. And I finally managed to somehow, very illegally watch the first Rebuild movie. Like I just finished watching a few minutes ago. And even though it was like 90-something% a complete play-by-play reproduction of the first 6 episodes, it was worth it. It was so worth it.

The animation. OH GOD. THE ANIMATION. UNF. It's just...IT'S SO GOOD! I CAN'T...IT'S SO GOOD. Like especially after just seeing the original show. AMAZING. I jizzed in my pants.

Also GODDAMN is Misato ever a great character. I don't know how I've just realized this recently. But seriously, she is awesomesauce. The bee's knees. Slowpoke.jpg for several years. Also DEM LEGZ. And I don't hate Asuka as much I should. I mean, I used to completely absolutely detest her, with the exception of the her vs. the mass production Eva series in End of Eva as that is, hands down, my favorite animooted battle scene EVER. Idk, I've generally been getting a soft spot for some tsunderes lately. I know. Eww.

I got a table at Animu Boston so...yeah. I don't see this ending well but I don't know. I'll try. I wish someone would come with me...if you're not busy memorial day weekend...

Back to work. I would upload stuff but...no.
